Abstract

There are a lot of aspects of teaching that goes unnoticed. Whether it is the number of hours behind the scenes, the amount of money that comes out of pockets to fund supplies. But one of the most time-consuming tasks is learning as a teacher, which method of teaching is the best for you to implement. As I am studying to become a teacher this isn’t something you learn but the first thing you must figure out for yourself. You take all you learned and how you want to teach for the information to be understood by all students. First teachers must decide if they want to implement a teacher- based approach of a student- based approach. Then once they decide upon that they then must deeper on how they plan to do it. Imagine a couple years of teaching, and you are given a group of students that don’t learn that way. How do teachers alter their teaching habits to accommodate that? Where is that skill developed? Has the method changed over the years? That is what I am aiming to get information on by taking to a couple different teachers with drastic different backgrounds, to see if there is a universal method.
