In April of 2024, Xavier University will be hosting its first ever "Research Roundup", an undergraduate research pitch competition in which students can present their original research for the chance to win cash prizes.
This competition is open to all Xavier undergraduate students who are conducting original research. Any interested students are encouraged to submit a three-minute recording of themselves explaining their work and its importance to a general audience (specific requirements below).
The top 8 presentations will be selected by a panel of judges to present live during the Week of Research (Thursday, April 18, 5:30 PM). Over $1000 in cash prizes will be awarded to the top three presentations, plus a crowd favorite cash award!
This competition is funded by the Robinette Center for Innovation through the Innovation Fellows Program.
