Abstract
The article focuses on a lens model which shows the use of judgment and decision making (JDM) methodologies to the practice of industrial-organizational psychology and organizational behavior (IOOB). It says that the model provides an understanding of judgments by comparing a judgment based on the different pieces of selection information. It adds that the model offers feedback to individuals about their judgments and insights. Moreover, cognitive feedback helps improve one's judgments.
