Abstract
The article discusses the significance of soft skills or the non-technical factors in developing and implementing businessintelligence (BI) solutions. Accordingly, implementation of a BI solution is one of the most complex and time-consuming activity that an organization can pursue since it encompasses the development of tools and strategies to collect and store data. Moreover, the employees' knowledge of understanding the system is also essential to improve the business.
