Funeral prayer card for Victor Stechschulte, 1893-1955. The front of the card contains a photograph of Father Stechschulte and his name. The back of the card contains biographical information and a prayer for the repose of his soul. The card was made by an unknown publisher. Stechschulte was a professor of mathematics and physics, and director of seismology at Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio).

Born October 2, 1893 Entered the Society of Jesus August 9, 1912 Ordained June 16, 1926 Died March 3, 1955 May he rest in peace. Prayer. Grant, we beseech Thee, O Lord, that the soul of Thy servant, Victor, whom Thou hast honored in this life with the sacred functions of the Priesthood, may forever rejoice in the bliss of heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth world without end. Amen. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, And let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
