Description
Funeral prayer card for Walter Kapica, 1920-1968. The front of the card contains a photograph of Father Kapica. The back of the card contains biographical information and a prayer for the repose of his soul. This card was made by an unknown publisher. Kapica was professor of history at Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio).

(back) In Memory of Rev. Walter J. Kapica, S.J. Born: January 6, 1920 Entered the Society of Jesus August 31, 1940 Ordained: June 17, 1953 Died: May 14, 1968 May he rest in peace Prayer. Grant, we beseech Thee, O Lord, that the soul of Thy servant, Walter, whom Thou hast honored in this life with the sacred functions of the Priesthood, may forever rejoice in the bliss of heaven. Through Christ, our Lord, Amen.
