Father Francis J. Finn, S.J. Collection
Father Finn is best known as the author of 27 books for young people including Tom Playfair and Claude Lightfoot. He gave the Xavier University athletic teams the name Musketeers and the motto One for all, all for one. He lived from 1859 to 1928 and left his mark on Xavier University and the community it serves for all time. This gallery is a collection of some of his published works. It also contains an inventory of his personal papers held by University Archives and Special Collections, Xavier University Library and the book Unless You Become like Little Children written by Father Thomas Kennealy, SJ, about Father Finn.
