Ohio Valley Group of Technical Services Librarians (OVGTSL) count on the generous support of companies we do business with to help make our conference a success, and invite sponsors to invest in our 2017 conference "Technical Services by Design." Participation in the OVGTSL conference sends a message to librarians of your support our community.

This conference presents an ideal opportunity for your organization to promote its products and services to current and potential customers in the Midwest.

We accept contributions of any amount, but we offer the following examples of what your contributions can do:

$3000+will sponsor a dinner reception or entertainment
$1000 will sponsor a keynote speaker
$1000 will sponsor 3 library school student scholarships
$500 will sponsor a lunch
$500 will sponsor a breakfast
$500 will sponsor a break

We also welcome items such as such as notepads, pens and pencils, flash drives, etc. with your company logo to place in our registration packets. We need items to give away in drawings, such as books, tote bags, gift certificates, electronic devices, etc. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the OVGTSL conference website, in the conference program, and in announcements at the conference.
